Whichever it is—it boils down to only one thing: fear. The fear of feelings of loss, anger, sadness (or whatever it may be). But feeling your feelings are vital to making peace with others (and ultimately yourself). Only once you fully acknowledge your deepest feelings, can you heal. Healing is letting go of the fear that somehow you may not survive your hardest moments. Healing helps you feel secure with yourself—knowing that you can survive tough challenges.
